Adam has developed particular experience serving the construction, technology, and engineering industries. He has negotiated and written contracts for massive projects, presented cases in courts in most Australian jurisdictions, bought and sold businesses, and done many other things besides.

Areas of Practice

It is a reality of commercial law that litigation is unpleasant for clients, even if they succeed. Adam is regularly appointed as an independent mediator or arbitrator to help others reach a successful outcome. While he can (and will, if asked) fight hard for one side in the courtroom, Adam would rather step in between and work with both sides resolve a dispute.

Adam is a member of the mediation panels for the Magistrates Court of SA, the Master Builders Association SA, the Housing Industry Association SA and under the NT Petroleum Regulations.

Adam is accredited as an arbitrator and expert determiner by Resolution Institute. Adam has also been trained in the CINERGY™ method of conflict management coaching.
