Fee structure for Arbitration, Expert Determination and similar services

  1. Determinative dispute resolution (hourly rate)

    $400 plus GST ($440 inc GST)

  2. Determinative dispute resolution (capped daily rate)

    $3,500 plus GST ($3,850 inc GST)

I also charge for all expenses (including travel) at cost.

These fees do not apply to adjudications conducted under security of payment legislation.
